Key Challenges
  • Large unitised panels up to 3m x 1.8m (21.5) toughened & Laminated
  • Extremely challenging site location and logistics for unitised glazing
  • Extremely challenging programme dates
  • The Brief
Working with the architect at planning stage, Bespoke Glass Structures submitted a pc sum to the client for the required works. We were appointed to the project and worked with the architect to come up with some provisional designs.
  • Our Approach
Having secured the project, Bespoke Glass Structures attended a site meeting following the post demolition of the office space to get an understanding of what was required and enable us to liaise with the builders on site what we required them to prepare for our installation.

After completion of design with the architects, we liased with our structural engineer to complete all calculations ensuring everything designed was fit for purpose.

With the bulk of the work being the unitised glazing, other areas included a structural fitting in 'SADEV' spider connectors in satin stainless steel.' architectural cladding and metalwork were also included in our package.
  • The Result
Now fully complete, the project looks highly impressive and have made the clients & Architects vision a reality.

The frameless glazing allows natural light to flood the building, enhancing the office experience. With the right preparation, planning and design; we were able to achieve perfection.
